I guess a five star is in order, especially with your staff. I did have a terrible time getting my appointment confirmed. Paperwork needed to be turned in prior to but I did not get the explicit instructions as to where to take instructions - until the day before at 12:00. Had never been to office (behind Aldi's) . I guess it was just miscommunication between myself and staff. OTHERWISE, everything else "came out okay". Very professional staff in the room day of procedure. Thank you all.

I like the doctor very much gives lots of good info. I was there on a follow up the girl tried to collect another co-pay I paid 40 and 85 this was follow on that thank you

Upon arrival for my appointment 20 minutes early as requested, I was given paperwork to complete. After doing so, I stood waiting to hand it in for 15 minutes while another person dominated the receptionist who could clearly see I was waiting to hand in the required work. Eventually, I reached over and laid the clipboard onto the desk after which it slid onto the office floor.
I was finally called back for my appointment ……. Numerous other people with later times had been called in before me.
After my appointment, I asked to speak with the office manager who alluded to the fact that I was taken in after others with later times because I had thrown my paperwork onto the floor.
Doctor experience was excellent, but office staff needs lessons in customer courtesy and service.
